Your project will start off with a project kick-off meeting. This is where you meet with your Creative Director. During this meeting, you’ll talk through the scope of work, goals, and have an in-depth design discussion. After the Kick-Off meeting, your Designer will begin work - and send you all of the necessary website registration directions. From there, we will gather content and work through the design of the site. Our Creative Director and website designer will communicate with you to gather all necessary content, and images that will be used on the website. After 80% of your content is gathered and designs are approved, we’ll begin the design and development phase of your site.

We build all of our websites on Squarespace or Shopify. Depending on your business needs, we will make a recommendation for which hosting platform will fit your needs best.

Yes. Each platform has its own monthly or annual hosting fees for hosting your website.

KIMM LLC does not receive any compensation for your hosting fees. We do provide discount links to register for either platform which may result in a one-time affiliate payout to KIMM LLC and/or its associates.

Your launch date will depend on the complexity of your website. Our usual turnaround is between 2-16 weeks, depending on our client’s ability to provide feedback, content, and the overall complexity of the build within a timely manner. If you have a specific launch date in mind, your Creative Director will be happy to work with you in setting up a timeline to achieve it. 

Every project is assigned a Creative Director, Website Design Assistant, and Project Assistant. The Project Assistant’s job is to act as a liaison between your team and ours while making sure communication of timeline, next steps, and more is clear. They are always happy to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

At the start of your project, your Project Assistant will create a timeline for your project based on your goal launch and create milestones for each item.

As time progresses, they will send reminders to your team, as well as adjust the timeline as needed.
