For your professional e-book design services, you will be required to submit your ad copy content in Word or Google document. We will then design your e-book cover and interior layout with the content you provide. We work with all genres, including complex non-fiction like cookbooks, instruction manuals, and textbooks. Our expert team will guide you through the design process and make sure your ebook looks perfect on all devices and screen sizes before turning your files over to you.
If you have an ISBN for your E-Book, be prepared to provide that, as well as your publisher name and a book description. We’ll include that information in the metadata field in your design file.
We will send you both a .mobi file for KDP, and a .epub file that will be required on most other sites to publish your book.

Custom planner design projects include the following:
One custom planner designed to match your specific brand guidelines, planning style, or existing product line.
Includes both interior page design and up to two cover designs.A custom color palette to use for future cover designs or ancillary products.
Drawing from my vast experience in both design and brand production, I create planners that are gorgeous to navigate and (equally important) successful additions to your product line.
How does the process work?
Step # 1
It all begins with an idea. Once you submit an inquiry for the design option of your choice, we will automatically email you to confirm your project details. We may or may not ask to schedule a consultation call prior to securing your project start date depending on your project details. You will be sent an invoice to secure your project deposit, schedule any needed design strategy calls. Your project timeline will be determined at the start of your project start date.
Step # 2
Once your deposit and/or invoice is paid in full, we will follow up with a brand questionnaire, and begin your project onboarding process. You will be required to submit a content outline, pictures, brand logo, written content, etc as related to your design project. We will begin the design process and communicate with you weekly/ bi-weekly with design updates, tasks needed, etc. Once your design files are complete and ready for review, we will send you a link to access a design portal to review your e-book, journal, workbook, or planner layout. You will work closely with the creative director for the duration of your project timeline on finalizing your content and design layout for your project.
Step # 3
Once your design files are approved and finalized, you will receive a link to access a shared google drive folder that will contain all the source files and complete copyright and ownership of the digital content book designed for your brand.
Keep It Movin Management LLC Guarantee: Your trust is of the utmost importance. That’s why we’ll sign a contract at the beginning of our work together which includes NDA verbiage that protects you and your proprietary information so we can discuss your ideas and share freely. In addition, all files used to create your planner will be given to you at the end of the project. You’ll have exclusive ownership of any copyrightable works, ideas, and products developed during our time together.
